Cancellation of confirmed rooms are required 24 hours prior to NOON on day of arrival to avoid penalty charges.

Late cancellations received before noon on day of arrival require a 50% penalty for late cancellation.

NO SHOWS require a 100% penalty for first night only and automatic cancellation of remaining duration of reservation.

Early departures necessitate a 50% penalty for one day only.
